The larger cooking surface is designed to satisfy even the most demanding cooks, It’s dimensions and technical features are normally only found in a professional oven.

The Allegro takes the art of wood-fired kitchens to another level.

• The oven floor is made of interchangeable refractory tiles designed to store heat and conduct it into the food for cooking.
• Food warming shelf located just below the combustion chamber to maintain food at a constant temperature or to let dishes rest when taken out of the oven.
• The freestanding model is supplied with a trolley base incorporating 4 castors for easy manoeuvrability.
• The stainless steel dome and ceramic fibre insulation are designed to produce high temperatures while consuming very little wood. A double layer of ceramic fibre insulation completely surrounds the oven.
• Wide stainless steel door fitted with ergonomic handles used to control the oven temperature. When the door is closed the fire is cooler and cooking is by conduction and convection, when the door is open the flames are kindled to brown and crisp the food.
• Fitted rotary thermometer shows the combustion chamber temperature.
• The large side shelves are designed to help with food preparation by accommodating ingredients, utensils and all cooking accessories that might be required. They can be folded down to reduce the width when the oven is not being used.
• Stainless steel front ledge makes loading the oven very easy.
• The wood storage shelf keeps things tidy.
