24hr Delivery Service A warm glow and relaxing ambience is only one day away.

We take great pride in the unusual yet practical nature of our products and the standard of service provided. We try to ensure that all online orders for the Grenadier Firelighter received by 3:00 PM Monday to Friday are despatched that day by 24 Hour Next Working Day Service for UK deliveries*. Similarly we try to ensure that online orders for Grenadier spare parts received by 3:00 PM Monday to Friday are despatched that day by 1ST Class Post, Grenadier Firelighter Stands are sent by 24 Hour Next Working Day Service for UK deliveries*.

The Grenadier Firelighter has only one delivery charge per order, irrespective of number of units ordered, providing they are being delivered to the same UK address.

Delivery for the Alfa Pizza Ovens (including Bases) is by Next Working Day Service*, products are delivered on a pallet and customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Alfa oven accessories are sent by Next Working Day delivery*

*Some UK postcodes are exempt from next day delivery.

For deliveries outside the UK we will normally use the fastest service available.
