- The Alfa Forni 5 Minuti Table Top Woodfired Pizza Oven will easily cook 2 pizzas in 90 seconds.
- The cooking surface is made from interchangeable refractory tiles.
- The stainless steel dome and ceramic fibre insulation are designed to reach high temperatures while using very little wood. A double layer of ceramic fibre insulation completely surrounds the oven.
- A stainless steel door fitted with a durable handle is used to control the oven temperature. When the door is closed the fire is cooler and cooking is by conduction and convection. When the door is open the flames are kindled to brown and crisp the food.
- Fitted rotary thermometer showing the heated chamber temperature.
- Stainless steel front ledge makes loading the oven very easy.
- Alfa Multi Functional and Dedicated Bases available with castors. Making it easy to move, useful food preparation area and storage space for the wood.

Delivery for the Alfa Pizza Ovens (including Bases) is by Next Working Day Service*, products are delivered on a pallet and customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.

For deliveries outside the UK we will normally use the fastest service available.
