- The oven floor of the Alfa 4-Pizze is made from interchangeable refractory tiles, each 3 cm thick, to store heat and conduct it into the food for cooking.
- The Freestanding model is supplied with a trolley base incorporating castors for easy manouverability
- The stainless steel dome and ceramic fibre insulation are designed to reach high temperatures while consuming very little wood. A double layer of ceramic fibre insulation completely surrounds the oven.
- Large stainless steel door fitted with 2 ergonomic wooden handles, used to control the oven temperature When the door is closed the fire is cooler and cooking is by conduction and convection, when the door is open the fire is kindled to brown and crisp the food.
- Convenient peel holder to store the tools required for cooking.
- Useful side shelves to help with food preparation.

Similarly we try to ensure that online orders for Grenadier spare parts received by 3:00 PM Monday to Friday are despatched that day by 1ST Class Post, Grenadier Firelighter Stands are sent by 24 Hour Next Working Day Service for UK deliveries*.
The Grenadier Firelighter has only one delivery charge per order, irrespective of number of units ordered, providing they are being delivered to the same UK address.
Delivery for the Alfa Pizza Ovens (including Bases) is by Next Working Day Service*, products are delivered on a pallet and customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Alfa oven accessories are sent by Next Working Day delivery*
*Some UK postcodes are exempt from next day delivery.
For deliveries outside the UK we will normally use the fastest service available.
