We will never intentionally disclose your details to any third party without first receiving your permission or unless we are instructed to do so by a relevant legal authority.

ONLINE SHOPPING SECURITY

Grenadier Firelighters Limited takes on line shopping security very seriously. Your browser will go into “secure mode” as soon as you click to go into the “checkout” or to “login”. “Secure Mode” means that all of your details are encrypted to help keep them secure. This encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction on this site, so that your card details cannot be viewed by anyone else using the internet.

In line with our continuing policy of research and development in the interests of everyone Grenadier Firelighters Limited reserves the right to amend model specifications and services without notice.

DELIVERY

We try to ensure that all online orders for the Grenadier Firelighter received by 3:00 PM Monday to Friday are despatched that day by 24 Hour Next Working Day Service for UK deliveries*. Similarly we try to ensure that online orders for Spare Parts received by 3:00 PM Monday to Friday are despatched that day by 1st Class Post, Grenadier Firelighter Stands are sent by 24 Hour Next Working Day Service for UK deliveries*.

The Grenadier Firelighter has only one delivery charge per order, irrespective of the number of units ordered, providing they are all being delivered to the same UK address.

Delivery for the Earthfire Fire Pit, Pizza Oven and the Iziko Lokubasela Wood Burning Stove are by Palletforce, all products are delivered on a pallet and customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery again is by Next Working Day Service.

For deliveries outside the UK we will normally use the fastest available service. Please be aware that although UK VAT has been removed from these transactions local VAT and Duty may be payable.

* Some UK Postcodes are exempt from the Next Working Day Service.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase but if you have decided not to keep any item you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returns should be unused and undamaged in the original packaging together with proof of purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for returning the goods at their cost. Once returned we will refund the person who made the order within 5 days of receipt of the item.

We will refund the original purchase price including delivery cost.
